Considering partnering with Wisdom Blooming to host a workshop?

There’s no better time than now!

Everyday, we become more aware of the mental wellness crisis happening in our country.

It’s more important than ever to ensure that parents and children are equipped with social emotional tools to overcome challenges in their everyday life, while treating themselves and others with kindness and compassion.

At Wisdom Blooming, I help parents and children partner with their nervous system to transform stress into an integrated resource.

Through the somatic integrative workshops I’ve developed for children, I’m able to help them build skills for their future, so they’re able to foster healthy responses to all of life’s highs and lows.

Similarly, through the supportive and judgement free workshops I’ve developed for parents, I’m able to reach out the much needed hand of support that parenting often calls for.

Partnering with Wisdom Blooming to host a workshop means that I come equipped with all of the necessary tools, age appropriate and organized curriculum, and a passion for helping my community become more empowered, resilient, and compassionate.

If you’re interested in partnering to provide quality resources for our community to rise above their circumstances and become well versed in social emotional wellness through nervous system regulation - Become a partner, expand the reach of these necessary tools and ripple postitive change within our community!

Lynette is an invaluable part of the “village” I rely on in raising my daughter. We have participated in her art, yoga, and nervous system classes for kids, as well as child coaching and parent coaching. She is trained in many modalities and has wide-ranging and expert knowledge of child development, self-nurture, and peaceful parenting. She is a mother of two herself, and her approaches are always grounded in her own personal practice and commitment to growth, justice, and humility.

Through her classes and counseling, Lynette teaches children practices to cultivate the skills of self-nurture and peace building in age-appropriate ways. These are simple skills that compound over time with practice, laying a foundation for insight and compassion in problem solving. When I need outside perspective as a parent, Lynette has been able to help me shift my framing in order to cultivate peace and bring inner wisdom into view. She is compassionate and non-judging, and fully present to the hard questions that parenting sometimes raises.

Lynette is a person who brings beauty and her whole self to everything she does. Grounded and kind, I cannot think of anyone I would more highly recommend as an ally in peace building for children and parents.
