Who should be a Nervous System Ninja?

Any child who experiences big feelings, has trouble gaining control over their emotions, experiences upsets that seem greater then the situation warrants or just has a desire to empower themselves with calming, self care tools that aid them in sound decision making and confidence.

Nervous System Ninjas is an experience based approach connecting a child's attention to their inner systems of organization and repair. Designed to meet children where they are through the universal language of play. Children will learn how to decode the nervous systems communication network and gain autonomy as they send messages of balance to their body. Each class builds upon the next in a series of personal empowerment.
